Work with me.
Interested in working with me? Start by completing the coaching intake self-assessment questionnaire below, and then book your free 60 minute coaching session. The questions in the coaching intake self-assessment questionnaire will help you think about what it is that you are looking for, and will help me understand how I might help you. Once I have received and reviewed the form, I will email you details of how to book your free, no obligation, 60 minute coaching chemistry meeting.
How it works
Thank you for your interest in working with me. My coaching helps doctors manage career transitions, challenges and opportunities to have successful and meaningful careers in healthcare. Coaching is a developmental conversation between two equal people. My role as the coach is to ask questions to help you figure out the way forwards. If relevant, I might share my experience of how others have dealt with issues similar to yours, or I might outline ways of seeing that world that might be helpful; it is always up to you what you do with that information, and you are the only person that can possibly know what is right for you. I will be offering you support, and you will also hear me challenge if I notice that you are making assumptions or that you have beliefs that are holding you back. But mostly I will be listening and asking questions.
Before either of us commit to working together over a period of time, we will have a 60 minute free no-obligation coaching meeting to see how we might get on. But before that, I invite you to complete this coaching intake self-assessment questionnaire. This will help you think about what’s going on for you now and what you are looking for, and will help me understand how I could help you.
Once you have completed this form and I have reviewed it, I will email you a link to book your free 60 minute coaching meeting. Usually you can expect to hear from me in a couple of days, unless I am on holiday in which case it might take a week (if you haven’t heard from me in a week please contact me). On rare occasions I might feel that I am not the best person to help you, in which case I may suggest alternative support. My coaching hours are typically Monday and Friday evenings at 7pm, and Saturdays between 1030 and 1pm UK time. Before submitting this form and booking your free 60 minute meeting, please make sure that you have read the ‘about’ page, the ‘my coaching’ page, and the ‘agreement’ page on my website, as these outline how I work as a coach.
I look forwards to hearing from you.
When completing this coaching intake self-assessment questionnaire there is no need to spend ages thinking about the answers, just go with what comes up, and share what you feel able to share. We may well discuss these topics in details when we meet, and these questions are just to get us started.
If you have any questions regarding coaching, please get in touch.
